Spot Varnishing/Screen Varnishing

Our Spot/Screen Varnishing process allows you to apply varnish to specific elements on the sheet such as a logo, image or text to provide a striking contrast relative to its background (unlike the regular UV varnishing process which varnishes the whole print area). This is recommended for a similar product range as regular UV Varnishing and the finishes on offer include gloss, glitter & screen UV inks. It can be coupled with a lamination option to provide a synergistic effect where the contrast between the two finishing techniques gives an enhanced and more vibrant finish than if either were used individually (for example a gloss spot varnish on a matt laminated print).
